I founded Stella Maris after over a decade at some of Japan's most demanding technology environments — from large-scale government systems to global enterprise IT at Fast Retailing.
What I observed again and again: organizations investing in transformation without a solid foundation, and investing in security without connecting it to their actual business goals. The result was initiatives that stalled, security programs that existed on paper but not in practice, and AI tools that were deployed but never adopted.
Stella Maris was built to close that gap. We work across IT infrastructure, business transformation, and cybersecurity as one integrated practice — because that's the only way to get lasting results.
The name comes from the star used by sailors to navigate: independent, reliable, always present. "Independent Stars, Collective Navigation." — that's how we work, and who we work for.
